Improving our writing

We have been working really hard on our writing this term.  We are also looking hard at the editing process.

Recently we wrote a recount about our Roald Dahl Day.  We typed them up and added photos to make them even better.  

When we were finished we got a friend to loo over our work and 'mark' it.  They gave us tips of how to improve our work and looked for spelling and punctuation errors. 

Each person also received 2 stars and a wish feedback.  This is when 2 positive comments are made about the work and then 1 piece of advice is given.

We got our own work back and then took time to edit it and make it better.  We have added both copies of our work (draft and final) into our learning journey jotters to show the progress we made by going through the editing process.
