What else did we get up to last week...

In class PE time we started a 4 week block of Funky Fitness Circuits.  

We moved round 5 different stations and spent 1 minute at each.

We were puffed out by the end of the session.

 We also played a game of Snakes in the Grass to warm up.

During a mini story writing session we all imagined what it would be like if we became King or Queen.  We found out that Queen Victoria became Queen at 18 years old - we thought that was really young to have so much responsibility.  We chose at least 5 rules or laws that we would put in place if we were in charge of the country and then wrote a short story.

Finally we ended the week with some challenges.  We could pick the problem solving task we liked best.

Some chose the Rocket Race maths game.  Others chose the cube guessing game and a small group chose the Wasjig Jigsaw.  

Miss Kelday was impressed at how hard we all worked.
